Ute Rost, together with her husband Gunther Rost, devised the format of the Graz Stage Concerts, in which she mediates between audience and artist as a presenter.

She draws on her expertise as a professional organist and music teacher: in her home town of Würzburg, she studied musicology, music education, church music (A diploma) and concert organ performance. She also holds a degree in marketing and management.

Among other things, she runs KKManagement, an agency, internationally representing well-known musicians from the fields of opera, composition, symphonic and chamber music.
Ute Rost was co-founder of the baroque orchestra “Neue Hofkapelle Graz” and head of the sponsoring management course at WIFI Graz.

In lectures, seminars and workshops, Ute Rost sheds light on management processes and leadership skills from the perspective of the classical music business for clients from the private sector.

In the association "Orgelland Steiermark", she is committed to the development of the organ in the region.
